Why A Trunk or Treat?

It is important for youth to be engaged in community events throughout the year. Community-wide outreach events such as a Halloween trunk or treat brings youth from all walks of life together, strengthening the bonds and relationships between them.

Some parents regard trunk-or-treating as a safer alternative to trick-or-treating; while other parents see it as an easier alternative to walking the neighborhood with their children
